"Due to a delayed flight, didn't arrive at the property until nearly 3 AM, but agent was still available to check me in. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, and had a hot shower, which was all I needed at that late hour. Breakfast was fine, usual hotel fare, including waffle maker (could use more than one), yogurt, frittata-ish eggs, and potato cakes. Would stay here again."

"Our keycards didn’t work- we went back to the front desk3 times and each time we given another set of keys that wouldn’t open the door. Three other guests were at the desk with the same problem. It made for a lot of frustrated customers.
The property was also pretty run down— it could really use a refresh. While we appreciated the shuttle and the staff was nice, we probably wouldn’t go back."

"At check in we noticed an almost empty roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. No extra rolls. Went to front desk and they said someone would be up shortly. They never arrived. Used clenex tissues that night. Next morning advised front desk we had no TP. Was told housekeeping would be right up. No show again. Started walking around looking for housekeeping. Found one lady on our floor. Told her the issue. She wouldn't give me any off her cart. Told me she would run to the supply closet and go...
