"Water was a trickle in the room. Room was noisy, bed was hard as a rock, small little mirror in the bathroom.
Had 4 nights here, only stayed one and we left. They wouldn't give us a refund."

"We loved our stay at Villa Zolitude. Staff are lovely and welcoming. Breakfast - the best we have had! The duplex villa is amazing, gorgeous views and beautiful inside and out. I would highly recommend staying here if you are wanting quiet luxury."

"The pool tiles were very slippery. As soon as I stepped onto the steps I slid hitting my leg. I had a knot and bruise for two weeks. I was just grateful I didn’t hit my head."

"The hotel is good location , recommend to stay in a deluxe room as it’s far much better than the superior rooms.
Reception very friendly.
House keeping very rude and refused to clean my room until I complained to the receptionist even though I’ve given her a generous tip the day before.
Restaurant staff also refused me taking a croissant for my little 2 years old baby until I argued that I have a triple room and two adults are not having breakfast and I’ve paid for them .
Overall I will not stay...
