Caravan Parks in Chalosse Tursan

I am trying to obtain a copy of my receipt following our stay at this hotel. As yet it has been impossible to obtain as it was not available at the time and is now "Not Available". Unfortunately this has now led to a fraud investigation by the Credit Card Company and the cancellation of my card.

A quirky house with very welcoming owners, we.would have been more than happy staying there a few more days if time allowed, hopefully we can visit again on our journey through France.

Beautiful hotel, amazing staff and a fantastic restaurant.

Lovely hotel within an easy walk of Pau town centre. The spa was lovely, and the staff very welcoming. Great secure underground parking, with easy access even for lower cars, with plenty of EV charging. Also plenty of free outdoor parking on hotel grounds. Great one night stop on our travel through Europe this summer.

Clean, well decorated, good parking. The rainforest shower was fabulous. Lots of nice little extras like tea and coffee and biscuits. Newly built so still looks good. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely swimming pool, helpful staff, a great evening meal and plenty of breakfast.

Great hotel. Very friendly receptionist at check-in. Room was large and very clean. Air conditioning was a life saver. Hotel was very quiet, secure car parking and great location only a couple of minutes walk from the town centre. 5/5.

I have stayed at a lot of Premiere Classe hotels over the years, and the one thing that was always a bug bear was the plastic bathroom. Thankfully in this New Generation hotel you now get a real bathroom. We also had a king size bed too. Now we only look for the New Generation PC hotels

Nice modern hotel and great staff

We were welcomed by the owner and she was charming. We had medication that needed to be refrigerated and she couldn't have helped more. The room and bathroom were spotless. Breakfast was great and at the time we requested. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed that evening but the owner was happy for us to picnic in the garden.....even offering plates or washing up. Our only disappointments....the room was small. The beds ....twin .....were against the walls with just a small cabinet in...

I would go back in a heartbeat. Certainly to explore the historic local towns and the rich rolling hills, but equally to sit at Domaine Labouroume and enjoy a bottle of wine looking out over the Bearnaise countryside. Beautiful rooms (cool even in the heatwave), wonderful food cooked by the truly inspiring owners. Magical and memorable.

A really great hotel well up to top Best Western standards. Modern facilities, quick check in, comfortable room, all very clean. Wonderful staff. Great breakfsst, hope to stay again.

Far from city centre, but easily accessible by public transport. Small but sufficient car park. Clean hotel.
