"The staff make this hotel a joy to stay at.Smokers around the pool area were a pain.Room was as described with english tv stations available on large screen.Hotel is not ocean front so dont expect large ocean views and next time I would ask for pool view as road noise is disturbing and party noise from beach bars across the road was a problem but they dont go late,about 10pm, so not to bad.Very hot when we were there,35_39 degrees in july so be aware.Easy access to Hoi an old town with free...

"Lovely smaller hotel away from the hustle and bustle of the old town but yet only a 10 min walk along the river to get there. Amazing staff who can’t do enough to help and are always engaging and wonderful to speak with. Spacious rooms larger bathroom and big overhead shower. Nice having the main pool that is for over 12’s bit with the separate pool for children on other side of the gardens. Breakfast was good with your usual selection of food stations. Would highly recommend"

"We stayed in a Premier Double room on the 11th floor, the staff were excellent to deal with, it's a great location across the road from the beach and central to all things beach wise. A few negatives from us were the room is quite small with very limited storage, the bathroom is a terrible design and the sink is outside the bathroom in the middle of the room, doesn't quite work. "We had a wonderful stay at The Saga Hotel Hoi An. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the pool was amazing, and the food was great throughout our stay. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The spa was excellent, and great value for packages. The only small downside was the included daily replenished mini bar. It only had one diet coke and one beer, with no other drink choices, and we felt it wasn’t really enough for the number of guests...
