"Excellent welcome from Reception staff. The hotel is gorgeously decorated for Christmas. Many beautiful Christmas trees in all areas. Top of the line, elegant restaurant. Very nice outdoor seating and mini playground for kids. Pool working and used by many people. Very clean everywhere. Room very nice, big, nicely furnished and incredibly clean. Clean and working bathroom too. All beautiful, the Moody Garden pyramids and the Christmas lights fest just outside, glowing with the wonderful lights. A full A among Galveston hotels. It exceeded every expectation. "

"The ladys on check in & check out were great. The room was clean. Placto eat and drink near by. The only negative thing is the mattress is very uncomfortable., they've been better befor not sure what changed."
