"The communication between Maria, team manager, was exceptional. She answered ALL my questions, reassured me on ALL my concerns & worries.
The original unit we reserved was unavailable at the time of our arrival, management upgraded us immediately, at no extra cost, to an even BIGGER & BETTER unit with pool :) Spoiled really!!
Check-in was smooth, just make certain you read the instructions beforehand, that way, no hiccups.
Once inside your unit, you will find the essentials, towels, hand soap, shampoo & conditioner. The kitchen is equipped but you will have to do a grocery to have all you need (salt/pepper, condiments, coffee pods, etc).
I am a cleanliness freak, and the unit was clean to some standards. Of course, I had to do my own wipe downs, but all and all, I was VERY satisfied.
I would recommend and I would stay again!
