1. Hotel Les Nations
Hotel Les NationsChandieu
8.4 dari 10, Sangat bagus, (232 ulasan)
"7 flours, more than 60 rooms. Clean, with elevator.
Easy to use air conditioning in the room and quite quiet for a good sleep.
On arrival, we get a paper allowing full access to Geneve bus & trams which are very well organised and easy to use.
A nice stay for this hotel at 10 minutes bus from historical town."

8.6 dari 10, Luar Biasa, (1.001 ulasan)
"Hotel Royal staff is fantastic, both helpful and friendly and is frankly the best part of the establishment. There are other good amenities: on-site valet parking, free public transport ticket provided by the front desk staff, ability to wash up after a day in the city if you are returning after your check out.
The hotel bar was going through some sort of renovation this august, so that does not help the overall ambiance but is understandable.

"When I arrived, the room was very small for a Deluxe Room and it was difficult to move around comfortably. The hotel offered to change the room, but the upgraded room came with an additional charge.
I decided to dine in the room and ordered room service. I was surprised to see an additional room service charge added to the burger. For a five-star hotel, I find this type of charge disappointing and not in line with the level of service I would expect from Mandarin Oriental.

"Overall a nice hotel.
Definitely could use some improvement on food. But the breakfast buffet was great.
When busy there was not enough staff.
I had an eye condition and had to wear dark glasses the waiter asked me to remove them inside. I am a handicapped person. That was outrageous. Manager was kind and tried to mitigate but I see there a systemic failure from the staff."

"We had an AC problem. It was not working and making horrible noises. They came and tried to fix it but they weren't able to. They apologized but they couldn't change us to another room. They apologized and offered a 50% refund on our one night stay. It wasn't so pleasant sleeping without an AC since we actually chose that hotel because of the AC and also because we had a very long flying day the next day (Europe back home). Would return making sure the AC works beforehand. Everything else was...
