"Staff was not very friendly, but perhaps this was due to the late hour of our arrival. The exterior of the model was not very clean, and there were a lot of crickets by the doors this time of year. This room was musty but running the air conditioner helped. Not the most comfortable place to stay."

"I booked a king suite to accommodate my family and was given a regular king room. When I questioned the staff they said the suites are first come first serve. When I make a reservation I expect to receive that reservation. Our room only had 2 towels and when I asked the desk for more they informed me “that since no one laid any outside of their room that night they didn’t have any clean”. I would think a hotel could at least accommodate towels."

It only had lamps and no overhead lights which made it a little dark in the room. The bathroom door would not shut. But the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. "Pro: conveniently located. Easy freeway access. Lots of choices for dining within 5min of driving. FREE Parking despite really really tight spots. Con: Room smells really bad, not just from the cleaning detergents but a stench that would not disappear no matter how long you keep the door open."
