"The hotel is nice with a great location for NewYears Eve party and fireworks. The place is dated (pool, spa, fitness, bathroom, windows) but provided good service when requested. "This hotel is in the best location in Chiang Mai, period. You will realize this after you have stayed here for a few days - and I have stayed here for weeks, so I know, thank you. "The property is nothing like what is advertised on their website. Our room was old, outdated with cupboards fully apart. The beds were so hard that sleeping on tthe floor wpuld have been just as comfortable. The manager was accomodating and moved us to another room but the water was cold and their were droppings in one of the beds from animals. We moved to another hotel the next day."
