"We had a fantastic stay at Holiday Inn Shanghai Pudong Airport. The room was extremely comfortable and the hotel itself feels very modern throughout. The staff were consistently helpful and welcoming, making everything effortless from check-in to departure. Its location is ideal—just a short, easy walk from the airport, which made our journey so much smoother. The breakfast was absolutely brilliant, with a great variety and quality to start the day. Highly recommended!"

"We were a little disappointed with the hotel. We booked an executive suite but it looked quite different to the photos (not as nice). Breakfast was not great - hot food was either luke warm, or cold, and none of the coffee machines were working properly and none of the staff rectified the issue. The positive’s was that the bed was comfortable, the room was quiet, and the location of the hotel is very good. If we return to Shanghai we wouldn’t stay here again."

"We boles this property to relax in the steam, sauna and jacuzzi after long days off sightseeing. We were disappointes when we went to use them and all 3 were out of order. Room was clean and tidy. Location (5/5) The residence is conveniently located within a 5-minute walk from the subway station. From Pudong Airport Terminal 2, you can take Subway Line 2 directly to People’s Square Station and walk to the property – very easy even with luggage. Major attractions like Nanjing Road Shopping Street (just across the station, a 5-min walk) and The Bund (walk from one end of Nanjing Road) are easily accessible. You can also reach Zhujiajiao and Lujiazui via the subway. Plus, shopping centers, eateries, fast food, and coffee shops are all nearby. Room & Facilities (5/5) Depending on the room size you book, the rooms come with a well-equipped kitchen including a stove, microwave, refrigerator, and washer/dryer. My room had a living room with a work desk, sofa, coffee table, and TV, plus a master bedroom with a queen-size bed and a wardrobe with a safe. The room was cleaned and maintained daily. The overall feel was clean, comfortable, safe, and quiet. The gym is well-equipped – I used it every day. Staff (5/5) The staff were friendly and always helpful. Final verdict I will definitely choose Green Court Residence again when I return to Shanghai."

"The aircon was locked on heating making for an uncomfortable first two nights at 25.5 °C. Fortunately concierge sent someone to switch it to cooling mode for me. While a little dated, the room size was excellent as was the sauna."
