The property is beautiful and the staff is very welcoming and friendly. I do not think the property is at 5 stars as the finishings in the room and attention to detail seemed rushed. Our phone and air were not working, the phone was fixed but we got tired about asking for help with the air as the room gets very muggy because there is not ventilation and a lot of windows.

Domes Zeen was a stunning property. We loved our large room and private patio. We could enjoy the lovely pool, or meander down to the ocean. Staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and accessible. Excellent food and refreshing spritz cocktails. I can't wait to go back someday!

We stayed for 5 nights. The hotel setting is truly beautiful and restful, and cleverly secluded. We had two adjacent rooms with a private pool. The breakfast was lavish and a pleasure each morning. There are a lot of families bc there is an entire kids nursery with a kids pool. Even tho there were still a lot of kids in the adult pool. Domes Zeen is a beautiful tranquil hotel - the staff are beyond friendly and helpful and the location is a short cab ride from the lovely old town of Chania. The food at the hotel was delicious and the pool with our villa was magical. We are already talking about next year.

Superb service and friendly staff. Hotel Manager gave us a later than normal check out which made a big difference to our experience (thank you). Great way to end the trip. Our room was so lovely with a large private pool area. Loved it.

The resort was perfect for our family of five with young kids. The service was top and the property was excellent. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner at the property for three days of our one week stay and was excellent. Wonderful menu and everything was fresh and delicious. I would recommend for a family vacation! But, won't recommend for adults only vacation. It wouldn't be relaxing with so many kids around at the property.

This property was amazing. The staff were especially nice and attentive. The property was a little dimly lit in the evening and the bathrooms extremely dark. Both restaurants offered exceptional food. We arrived for the opening week of the season and it did seem like they could not handle the reservations for dinner. We chose room service for our final night and it did not disappoint. A special thank you to June for looking out for us. Amazing service!

Good but can improve

Great overall experience. The hotel is very clean and room are spacious. My issue was that rooms didn’t have a proper isolation were sounds of next door neighbors can easily disturb your stay. Also the resort is very family oriented and lots of kids playing around. This needs to be considered for travelers who prefer an otherwise tranquil vacation.

Can't wait to go back! :)

The staff, facilities and everything as absolutely amazing! On Day 2 of our stay, we started having mild noises from the AC. Rather than trying to fix it, they actually upgraded our room for the rest of our stay. A huge shout out goes to Marina from the concierge team. She was amazing at recommending activities and restaurants throughout our stay! Would definitely recommend this place and come here again!
