"The daily included breakfast was very good and was always well maintained. Only reason for 4 stars was you had to walk across to the Marriott Courtyard for food or drink service before 5pm when the Residence Inn service opened. Otherwise we were very happy with our stay there. "

"I stayed at this place, and on my second night, the key fob that was attached to my other keys (along with my AirTag) somehow fell off. Because it was after hours, I called dispatch. They gave us a number to text since you can’t call them after hours. While texting, they weren’t able to help at all—they just said the receptionist would be back at 9. We had to sleep in the car because I didn’t have my belongings with me. When 9 came around, they still weren’t able to make us a replacement key until the evening, although they did let us back into our room before then. It was the worst experience ever, and I regret not just booking a hotel. If anything happens after hours, you’re practically on your own. I saw another review where someone else got locked out, so I know I’m not the only one. I would not recommend this place, as the team is not helpful at all outside of regular hours."

"Property is starting to show its age but it has a nice pool and it’s a twenty minute walk to all the fun stuff. "

"Menus were very limited and prices were higher than when we ate outside the resort. Drinks were good, but once again, much higher than when we were off the resort. Room was nice and serviced every day except one, when they seem to forget us. Checking in was delayed as the room was not ready and many others were waiting for their rooms also. Checking out was very quick and easy."
