Several long term guest sit outside their rooms watching you go in and out of room as though they are...

"Was in building 4. The hallway smelt like weed, cigarettes, and must. The room smelled better but still had a strong cigarette odor even though it was a non smoking room. Opened the mini fridge and about 20 roaches scrambled."
