Excellent hotel for business
Really an excellent business hotel shuttle close to public transport excellent staff, restaurant but nice appointed with good food at reasonable prices. Nice bar and meeting space overall I was really pleased with the hotel and would definitely stay there again.

Location to the Airport is nice. The young lady who did our check in was very helpful and kind. The room was a business suite. The water pressure in the bathroom was poor and there was mold throughout the room. Poor airflow is part of the problem. Pillows were above average, but overall cleanliness left us probably not choosing this hotel again.

Elegant and very convenient for a CRL early flight
The hotel is great and I would say it is the best option if you have an early flight through CRL airport. The rooms are in perfect conditions, only the bathroom might require a better ventilation system. However, it should be noted that there is not much to do around the hotel other than enjoying some good time at the restaurant/bar downstairs, unless you want to have some peaceful time outside the city’s noise! With regards to transportation to the airport, you will need to arrange it at the reception while you checking in for 5 EUR.

Not in the best location. Unfortunately our car broke down so we had to stay here, but it is not suitable for people without a car as it is in the middle of no where. They could have made more of their garden. Food options ran out on Sunday night

Really a nice small hotel , near the Charleroi Airport, EU hub fo Low cost companies. It's just perfect for a stop when travelling on the Belgian Motorways going or coming back from Benelux or UK to the Mediterranean. Good rooms, really kind and useful personnel, Good restaurant. Great property close to the airport. The family rooms are large and well equipped. Since there are 2 hotel buildings on this property my suggestion to the hotel would be to have more than 1 front desk person to check in.

We were extremely impressed with the hotel. It is in a somewhat secluded industrial area but inside is modern and immaculate. The beds were super comfy. The breakfast looked great which made me sorry i didn't pre-order it. The dining room and bar is very elegant. The airport transfer was very reasonably priced and arrived on time. I would recommend this property highly for airport stopover rooming.

Our room was very large and comfortable, but it was missing some basic amenities (e.g. no soap in the room!! "we stopped using plastic" was the receptionist's excuse..). The corridors in the annex building were very dirty.

Great place take a taxi to the airport not shuttle
All in all the hotel was great. Clean new rooms nice basic breakfast. Service is a bit problematic, shuttels from airport was for free, and to the airport charged us for 5€ each. We asked for a shuttle at 9am and the man at the desk told us to come 40 min before. When we came 40 min before he told us the shuttle will be at 10. It was 20€ for a 5 min ride which is absurd
