The calls appear to be outsourced somewhere in a parallel universe because whoever answers has absolutely no idea how to help with anything at the property....

"We had constant music noise in our room, balcony door wouldn't lock & housekeeping never showed up last day. On the positive great location, large & comfortable room. It is a bit of a walk to better restaurants but we're fit so not an issue. Our next visit I will stay elsewhere but this is a solid choice."

"We paid extra for a room with a balcony and we were literally placed in the corner next to the maid closet. So every morning they slam the door open(no fault of theirs it’s just the way the door opens onto their carts as they stock them). Then no balcony. Second floor yet people on street just talking, not shouting sounded as if they were in our room. I paid a lot of money and was nothing but disappointed with this property. I now see why people don’t like to stay here."

"The staff went out of our way to make us feel welcome. We received a welcome basket with local treats when we arrived and breakfast delivered to the room every morning. There was a happy hour with wine, beer and charcuterie each evening. The room was beautiful and the bathroom was modern and a good size. We have already recommended it to several people and will definitely stay again if we’re in the area."

"From the beginning of entering this property we were greeted with a very polite young man Luis and a lovely young lady Angel. Check in was so easy and the parking is located directly across the street. We arrived to celebrate 3 birthdays and upon entering our gorgeous loft we were greeted with a beautiful note from the staff wishing us a wonderful time with a sweet cold surprise in the refrigerator. "The hotel is great, quaint and comfy. It’s not a brand new hotel but that is part of its charm. It’s walking distance to many of the sites in the historical district. Try the Coast restaurant and Rue De Jean next door. The parking is a little pricey though."

"Room was nice and clean. Interior of the hotel was good. Exterior looks pretty rough. Pool is similar to pool at a motel 6 or something. Stay at the Indigo instead. Way better. Really good pool"
