Hotel is good, located in a good area, many spots around it. My AC was leaking water but it worked, room itself was clean. I did see 2 roaches in my room. Didn’t interact with staff as much but when I did it was cool people. Nothing bad to say in general.

We stayed in a recently refurbished room it appears. There was a few rooms blocked off apparently in current repairs. The room was clean, however, did an aroma of cleaning fluids. All staff we encountered was very friendly and accommodating.

Staff very nice and check in and out perfect. Only issue I had was that I saw a dead roach or two but I know that people can bring them as well so it could be from them putting out pesticides to get rid of them. Overall good spot and close to everything.

The elevator lift stuck on us three times during our stay. The rooms were clean but very old and outdated. Generally my stay was short so my Family and I made do with what we had. But probably won’t stay there again. Staff was very pleasant and helpful!

The only thing I can say positive about this hotel was that the bed was clean and comfortable, and the front desk staff were very, very nice. But my room was straight up dirty. The floor had food particles everywhere like it had not been swept and/or vacuumed, there was still toothpaste, residue all over the sink and the shower was straight up dirty like someone had been doing construction took a shower and they did not clean up. I question if my room has actually been cleaned from the previous person. I would not stay here again.

Nina at the check in desk was amazing. Wish the same could be said for the room. Several generations of cockroaches.gently approached the situation with the front desk. Based on older reviews seems like a recurring issue. Great location. But you get whatnot pay for. The complimentary breakfast is coffee and not much else.

Elevator was broken had to carry bags ip 2 flight of stairs with no staff offering to help. Sinks and bath slow to drain, with toilet hard to flush. Beds were clean but very hard and uncomfortable
