"Very disappointing stay. We paid around $2,000 for five nights.
We specifically chose this hotel because the advertisement stated that cribs were available—but upon arrival, we were told they don’t actually have them.
The room itself had several issues:
* No ventilation in the bathroom
* Malfunctioning A/C, resulting in consistently poor air quality
* Opening the window wasn’t a solution, as smoke from the street would come in
* The connecting door between rooms was misaligned and required force to close, which was inconvenient, especially with kids sleeping
* A kitchen cabinet was broken
There were also some service shortcomings. The room didn’t have a “Do Not Disturb” sign, so housekeeping entered unexpectedly and only made the bed without properly cleaning and not leaving any toileters.
Breakfast was underwhelming and not very tasty.
Oh, and valet parking costs $60 per night.
Pros: The location is good."
