"This hotel was so bright and inviting. And it was 10pm. That was great to see. Fresh fruit, complimentary cookies was well appreciated. The only thing that was disappointing was the indoor pool being closed and the gym upon arrival. It should be open to accommodate late guest because when we book we book for those features and for it to have a time limit is ridiculous. Most people work all day and when they come to the hotel at night those accommodations should be available."

Her phone soft skills translated beautifully to our in person customer service experiences. I wasn’t expecting a bad stay but I surely wasn’t expecting an incredible one. The woman who is over house keeping is a pure JOY. This will be our place of stay when visiting family."
