They told us we could not do that. We had to ask Expedia . Very unhappy with the entire situation looking forward to a refund."

"The staff was very friendly And helpful. Check-in was a breeze. We brought our dog as this is a pet friendly hotel, extra charge but that is to be expected. Our room was on the 2nd floor, some of the wood railings could use some work. ie sanding/painting We rented a boat for the day, very easy and smooth process. Would highly recommend. "The staff were very kind as we were checking in. The property is amazing and the rooms clean and spacious! We had a lot to do there with the pool and the Tiki Bar right on the water. Lots of choices of water activities nearby. Such a great location!"
