Another negative is upto now I have not received my deposit back. Surely you should have a system that works for returning deposits back. Leonardo Royal Hotel Oxford

Leonardo Royal Hotel Oxford

8/10 Good
"Overall it was good - friendly staff, a little pool and gym, and it was indeed clean. I was a bit disappointed to find the bathroom had white gaffer tape covering extensive rust on the edge of the bath though. I did expect that to be better, its not nice to have gaffer tape and rust in the bath. But the beds were very comfy, the rooms well cleaned. just a tired bathroom. We walked into Oxford down the canal which was lovely."
