"The unit was very nice but the weather was hot and the air conditioning was not working properly. The lift was not working which made it difficult to drag luggage down. It was very difficult getting messages returned from the hotel. I would probably give it another chance."

"Loved the location and the graciousness of the flat. A bit shabby chic but it enhanced the overall feel of the apartment. Modern kitchen was appreciated. One note is that if one has any mobility issues, it’s a high step in and out of shower and can be a bit tricky. Thought the experience was just lovely."

"This is a wonderful hotel in the heart of Chelsea. It is tastefully appointed throughout. We stayed in a king room facing Codogan Square which was lovely. It was immaculate and nicely appointed with a comfortable bed, sitting area and complementary soft drink mini-bar. The bathroom was nice with ample towels.
