Hotel has its unique charm with an open courtyard for enjoying a hearty breakfast of eastern and western spread. The staff was exceptionally helpful in their advice and assistance; making my stay exceptionally special. Their assistance in every respect was beyond my expectation. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Even tea was available for sale. Location is brilliant for access to Wen Shu Monastery with its special paintings and calligraphy for me. Easy access to the restaurants and...

Wonderful staff, clean lovely rooms.

Great location, ten minutes to nearest subway, lots of restaurants nearby. Free breakfast in hotel was good and for the three days we stayed there breakfast changed each day and the big surprise was free lunch, which we didn’t use and a free evening meal which we only used once as there are so many delicious places and experiences elsewhere, but great offer.

Fabulous property, staff, service and breakfast. Pure luxury at a very reasonable price. All the hotels we have chosen in China have been great but this outstanding! UK residents for reference.

We stayed in Chengdu for a couple of nights on our way to HK and looking back, we wish we stayed longer! We had a great experience at Canopy, the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Jack at the concierge who helped to rush our bags out the hotel at the end of our stay when we were running late for our taxi! Lovely charming hotel right by the river. Horizon club benefits are great. Only thing to watch out for is that the spa area (steam room, sauna and jacuzzi bath) are segregated.

This hotel was excellent! Clean, spacious, well maintained room. The staff were helpful. Great location, close to restaurants, shopping Street and malls.

It's a great hotel with reasonable prices. It's located next to shopping malls and metro station. The room was clean and spacious. Everything was great.

Experience was amazing. Went into this trip with fairly high expectations due to the brand name but came out of it having all expectations exceeded. Reception staff were extremely efficient and friendly during check in. The room was massive and had a great view onto the boulevard in front of the hotel. The room was very well furnished and had intuitive smart controls which made it very easy to navigate and use during the stay. The hotel is located very close to the metro station with easy...
