"The pictures on Expedia were misleading. Only 5-8 floor belongs to the hotel. Lobby is on 6 floor if I remember correctly. The room seemed not well maintained. I can see mold inside vanity sink cabinet. No delivery robots like other hotels I stayed in China, the delivery man gets lost most of the time because the floors are like a maze. "We loved our stay at this hotel - the family room was a perfect size, and gave us a great combination of privacy and togetherness/comfort. The rooms were tastefully decorated and luxurious, and the bathroom was the same - both were also very clean. Laundry service is provided, and we also had an afternoon tea provided during our stay. The staff were helpful with anything we needed. The location was also strategic - close enough to the nearby shopping streets, metro station, and People's Park....
