Poor facilities

There was no WiFi and TV connection available though it was mentioned all facilities are available while booking. No proper response from staffs too. AC was making lot of noise.

Smaller hotel, good amenities and location

Staff were very courteous and helpful. Checkin took just 10minutes and check out 5 mins. Thats a record! The room was pleasant enough although dated furnishings it was clean and i had a great view of chennai from the 5th floor. The AC worked well, and i could turn it down which was great. My booking included breakfast which was ample - south indian buffet style and very enjoyable. The restaurant staff were attentive and helpful. Overall i found the experience very good - although i would have liked nicer towels and a less noisy room - even though i was on the 5th floor i could hear the traffic.

The stay was good but had to follow up multiple times for getting the room service. Even after calling 3 times I did not get the same.

Hotel look very class but uneducated receptionist.

Very bad staff, communicate with customers very root n shout...plz don't choose this hotel. Really worst and waste with that kind of tariff...even cheap 1 star hotel staffs are more discipline n respect customers very well... Plz clarify all of ur mistakes n try to do well otherwise it will become worst n worst until close ur business.

Nice hotel but bogs you down with too much policy.

before booking, I had specifically asked the hotel reservation whether they would allow extra hours to check out by 5 pm. after getting confirmation only did I proceed to book. On reaching the hotel, they were not ready to honor and made me pay an extra whole day for 4 hrs. If I had known earlier I could have booked at another hotel which would have allowed me extra hours. And funny part is they asked for proof of when and to whom I had made the enquiry. I expect whoever answers the call is representing the hotel. I dindt know I had to ask name, address and personal details of the person I was talking to. Surprisingly the doormen were courteous and cheerful than the ones at the reservation desk.

Good Place but may need renovation soon

The Property is very good and I stayed there many times but this time I felt some stinking smell in lobby area. This may be because of monsoon but management should take it seriously & get it back on track.

Great Access to different parts of the city

Very good location, rooms were average. Not the cleanest. If you are looking for a place with good access to the heart of Chennai and you don't plan on spending a lot of time in your room, this is probably a good hotel to stay in.

We stayed for 8 days and found the location very good. Clean spacious rooms, nice spread for breakfast and helpful staff are worth mentioning. Will recommend for friends to stay.

Value for money

Good well maintained hotel at a central location. Most of our shopping, healthcare and leisure was done within a few kms around the hotel. Food was very nice and staff were very polite. Good value for the reasonably priced rooms. Would certainly stay again and recommend to friends. Some minor maintenance work needs tone done but thats routine I guess. 3 cheers!!!

Great location, nice staff, liked the stay

I initially booked for 4 days to see how the rooms were, but extended to another 4 days. Liked the location, and accessibility. I would also add a good breakfast spread, good wifi, nice friendly staff and nice rooms for extending my stay here although there are a few more hotels around here. I would certainly recommend Benzz Park for business visits as well as personal trips.

- The hotel is located quite centrally - I tried the dinner and the buffet breakfast and liked the food - There are plenty of eating options available in the vicinity - The room was very comfortable
