When I booked the room with this hotel I was expecting a high end clean room however the room needs renovation and also there were roaches the staff did offer another room however we had too many bags and didn’t want to move they were nice enough and offered us a complimentary dinner. The staff were amazing and very nice!

The hotel has a very clean lobby and very beautiful. The rooms definitely need an upkeep and upgrade. An hotel of this grandeur stature needs rooms are equally very well maintained. Surely they are going to renovate. On our first night we ordered room service waited for an hour and when we called back the room service told us well we had a changing team and was not informed about the order. Although they found out and rectified the error. The breakfast had a great spread. But very little attention was offered by multiple staff members present. At the check in the person who checked us in did not even offer information on hotels, breakfast and other services offered. The staff definitely needs training in customer service. The hotel was overall good

My mother and I stayed at Green Park for two nights and we highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is planning trip to Chennai. The hotel is spotless, the staff are so polite and welcoming. They attend to your every need so promptly and happily. Food was excellent and the location perfect. Thank you everyone at Green Park, from the person at the front door, to the reception staff and the waiting and room service staff. We will definitely recommend and choose you should the need arise.

Chennai visit …. 5 ⭐️ stay 👍

This was a rushed trip to see friends and family after 8 years.The hotel was recommended due to location.Greenpark hotel and its staff did not disappoint.Clean,well maintained and the staff go out of their way to help. Special mention to the cleaning lady Karpagam and Sninan at reception. Our days were busy with rushing and meeting friends in a short span of time. The highlight is the impressive breakfast buffet- the variety and yummy selection of items. Included continental and local South Indian favourites. And I love my filter coffee.I started each day with 4 cups of this. Thank you to the whole team in the Tulip restaurant for their hard work. Was a relaxed and enjoyable stay. The only downside was that the pool was under maintenance and out of use for some of our stay … but a very small blip.

This is not a 5 star property, but it is rated as such on many sites. There is no air conditioning in the general area for floors 2nd above. So the moment you get out of the elevator, you feel the warm air and want to quickly get to your room. Breakfast is good. We actually had 2 incidents where people knocked on our door and tried to enter (accidentally). The 2nd time, they did manage to open and enter. I had to complain to the Reception, and they said that they have taken it up with Security.

This hotel boasts an excellent location and serves a good breakfast. However, the rooms are in need of updating, and the staff could benefit from increased awareness. Some requests require multiple inquiries, while others are handled efficiently. Certain staff members show genuine care, while others seem indifferent. For instance, the hotel has a pool, but there were no poolside towels. Despite asking reception and three different individuals, none arrived, leaving me to return to my room wet and partially unclothed, as the poolside restrooms were also devoid of towels. Additionally, after room cleaning, no toilet paper was added. On a positive note, some staff members at the reception and in the restaurants were exceptional.

I had a been fan for green park VADAPALANI for years. But the recent stay had showed me that quality had dropped drastically. Bad experiences : 1. Found underwear under the blanket showing that they never changed the blanket and bed linen or someone misused the room after I checked in. Staff and the manager were apologetic and assured me thorough investigation. I could not sleep in the hotel after I found it at 2 am. And checked out asap and moved to nearby hotel. 2. No security screening for guests and baggage unlike in the past. Anyone can enter hotel and move around rooms area in the pretext of attending event or to the restaurant. Good (still maintained): - clean restaurant - good food - excellent location
