You have not informed the hotel that we have booked the room from 18 -21 February. Hence they didn’t give the room and asked us to wait for few minutes.
But we waited more than an hour.
First place, you mentioned that we got to pay at the hotel itself. Instead, you collect the money from us upfront.
Please don’t do this type of thing in future.
You should inform the Rich Inn Palace Hotel and reserved the room for us.
