"Yeah in the room from previous guest I assume. Elevators, walls, doors, carpets, all utterly disgusting. Pics are lies, there much less breakfast than shown and it's so bad. Week old sausage. One breakfast lady just rude. Good water pressure. The quest pillows and beds are EXTREMELY old. Not sure where ask the good reviews are coming from it if people have extremely low standards or friends of workers. "

"I was told by the front desk clerk that they only change the sheets every 3 days unless you specifically ask for the sheete to be changed but then you have to do it yourself.They do come in and change towels and take out the garbage. But neither the floor was swept nor sheets changed daily. I would have also expected a better coffee maker the one that was in the room was extremely cheap and not very user friendly."

"Very clean nice hotel. Comfortable. Staff very friendly. The only negative comment I would give is the I 20 interstate on the back side of the hotel is very loud. I urge you to ask for a room facing the front of the hotel. Probably wouldn’t stay if they refused to accommodate my request. "

"The hotel was good, but was not nearly acceptable is me booking a 2 queen bedded room and upon check in being told that wasn’t available and only getting a 1 king bed room."

"The front reception and staff was phenomenal and the staff was ver accommodating, professional, and did their best to make our stay wonderful. Unfortunately, the room had several insects and the bathtub had a ring around it or as they would say it lost the finish that would allow the dirt not to stick to the tub. We ended up leaving and went to a new hotel. I didnt ask for a refund i just know better next time."

"When i got to the hotel, the checking in process was very easy and the man behind the counter was very chatty. He was very nice. When i got to my room, although it was like any other standard room i had been in, the front door had been bashed in so that needed fixing and the entire room could have done with a jolly good paint as there were lots of chips taken out and in the bathroom it was the same down the door and walls. The shower would have been lovely except the temperature i wanted it at...
