I liked that the ice machine worked. I didn’t like how dirty the property was outside and in the common areas. Worn down, neglected and quite filthy. Noise from outside the hotel was also bothersome.

Mediocre at best. Best thing that this place has to offer is the surrounding businesses close to it. I was there for five days No housekeeping was done to room. When I needed clean towels or washcloths, I had to chase people down to request them. If I wanted the trash, empty emptied, I emptied it myself. My recommendation would be to keep looking.

Bath towels are small and thin. Pillows are small and thin. The desk light flickers horribly when turned on. No room cleaning or replacement towels during multi-day visit. Tissue box was empty upon arrival. Wifi is very slow for some things. Front desk was unmanned with times I needed help; check in and needing new towels. Not horrible but could be better.

The room was not ready when we arrived. They then said it had been cleaned and upon arriving in the 3rd floor (no elevator) we discovered these items: - dirty everything - rust everything - no tub friction - hvac window unit very loud, half vents broken - tv was not working, the manager came up and could not fix - we were too exhausted to find another room and placed our own pillow covers, mattress cover and top sheet The managers english language proficiency was obnoxious.......

Room was filthy. Internet was not working properly. Breakfast consisted of bagels and cereal, no coffee. Homeless people sleeping in parking lot with grocery carts when I got off work at 11 and was parking to go in hotel I was scared because they were laying on curb thought I would get robbed. I was there for a week and house keeping never came to tidy up room or offer clean towels. Asked for an extra pillow for my bed as I only had one and never got it. I will never stay at this location again! Beware!

Garbage strewn in the hall, also bins of garbage in hall, water leak in hall. Toilet seat not installed properly, broken shade stored in corner of room. No desk chair, linens dingy, hair in between sheets. Room in disrepair. Not to the standards of other Quaility Inns.

This is nothing compared to the pictures and the description of the hotel. Room was ok, seems a little bit cleaned but the smell was particular. The supposed breakfast was only waffle and bread and there was coffe. The breakfast area is literally 3 little tables with few chairs. I would never stay there again. For this price of 140 dollars I expected a lot more. The parking seemed safe tho and in the area there are places close to the hotel that you can eat, there chipotle, ihop, chick fill A, pizza…

Probably one of the worst places I have ever stayed..not being mean..bed was hard as a rock. I'm serious. It was like laying on plywood. Whoever manages this place just cut corners everywhere..I do not recommend it..just being honest..it should be renamed Low Quality inn

Literally the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The pictures are incredibly deceiving. While the beds appeared to be newer, the rest of the property was in terrible condition, and the smell throughout the hotel was absolutely atrocious. You could hear everything through the walls, and the air conditioning barely worked. The front desk was almost always unattended, with a beat-up handwritten sign saying they would “be back in 15 minutes” that looked like it had become a permanent fixture. There was no opportunity to address any concerns because no one was ever there. The floors were sticky, fixtures were falling apart, and it seemed like everything was hanging on by a literal thread. I have never seen a property so poorly maintained. Save yourself the frustration and stay far, far away.

Loved my stay at Quality Inn.I got a great price on the room and was very happy with it.The bed was very comfortable,the room was very clean and smelled so nice! The bathroom was so spacious.Ive spent a lot more money on rooms that weren't bad nice as this one.The hotel is very convenient to stores and restaurants and right off the main highway.

TV didnt work. HORRENDOUSLY thin walls. I heard people even whispering in the hallway outside the door. The security latch was broken. The AC took 15 mins to begin adjusting the rooms temperature. I had to call the front desk for towels since the bathroom wasn't stocked. I will at least say the bathroom looked newly renovated and the bed was comfortable.
