"The hotel has 3 guest elevators and 1 service elevator designated for staff only. During my stay, 2 of the guest elevators were out of service, leaving only 1 operational guest elevator and the service elevator temporarily available for guest use. This information was not communicated prior to check-in. Waiting up to 20 minutes just to get on an elevator is completely unacceptable, especially for a hotel of this size. "The Breakfast was better than most Marriott’s . The extra ingredients they had for oatmeal, waffles etc were great and the selection of Oat and Almond Milk was fine. All the Staff including the front desk could not be more accommodating. I will definitely be staying at this property every time I visit this area for business . "
