"Apartment concept was good 9/10 Cleanliness excellent 10/10 Management 2/10 T V didn’t work. I complained every day but to no avail. Light in bedroom didn’t work. Toilet seat was broken. Kitchen sink tap was broken. Shower had only 3 temperatures… cold, too hot and burning hot. What a shame… a nice apartment being ruined by apathy."

"Mi estancia estuvo muy por debajo de lo esperado. A nuestra llegada se nos asignó una habitación ocupada, lo que obligó a un primer cambio. Después fuimos trasladados a la habitación 106, que presentaba graves deficiencias de limpieza e higiene. Tuvimos que comprar lejía y paños para limpiar nosotros mismos el baño y otras zonas, y aun así la habitación resultaba prácticamente inhabitable. Durante la estancia sufrí una reacción alérgica. "Good customer service (I had to extend my stay but change rooms, the cleaning staff moved by baggage between rooms for free). Overall clean and well maintained. The only warning I have is that the heat build up is pretty bad in the rooms and there is no air conditioning, just windows that you can open and a fan provided. I would recommend it for the cooler months but avoid it come mid June through September."

"It was a good location for Lords and Paddington walking. Room was clean enough although we had to complain as no pillowcases on thd bed this was dealt with reasonably efficiently after we called them.Didnt see any staff . Kitchen was okay had all we needed however we didn't think quality was of a very good standard. "Black mold, refridgerator was filled with ice and leaking, hidden switch to turn on heating plates (no guide to find it). Gaslighting service technician arrived after 3 hours and had no tools and just started hacking away with a knife on the ice and left instead of repairing the refridgerator door lip not sealing properly. Was told no other rooms were available and they were fully booked. Lost all hope in finding solution with this place, as they knew these issues were present when renting it...
