"Beautiful new property with great amenities and attentive staff. There was a bit of an issue/wait with our check in due to a system switch but they comped us drinks to make-up for it. The rooms are beautiful."

"Nice older property. You can tell it’s aging, but the staff does take care of the place. It has charm. Very conveniently located. Lots of things around for sightseeing, shopping, dining, whatever. The only rather bad part was the noise. Not the hotel’s fault at all, just a fact that ambient city noise is everywhere. Rooms were a bit warm due to rather warm, sunny weather, so that caused windows to be open which didn’t help the noise. Like I say, not the hotel’s fault. Overall, I recommend it, would definitely stay again."

"Centrally located ! For our first time in Dublin, we were close to all attractions and found this location ideal ! Everything was walking distance for us in the city. The hotel room was spacious and clean. Saturday night heard some music from the outside, but otherwise very quiet room. Dublin Express stop was 5 min walking from the hotel - which again so convenient to get to and from airport. Highly recommend property!!!"

"I have stayed with CitizenM in London and now Dublin and I really love it. Rooms are small, but very modern, functional and clean. Shower and climate control are great. Staff is always very helpful and friendly; and the lobby has a fun vibe, without being too energetic. The location here is fantastic — just south of the action in Temple Bar, so you can walk up in a few minutes, but it’s VERY quiet around the actual hotel. I had a stellar view of St. Patrick’s outside my window. My only complaint is there is no kettle or way to make hot water in the room, nor do they give you any coffee or tea. "

"We were first placed in a room that would have been too difficult to maneuver around the bed. The front desk personnel was so helpful, that he brought me to two other rooms to choose from. The one we finally settled on was a bit more each night, but had more room and a balcony. I wish I could remember his name to give a shout out to him... There are two other front desk personnel that I do want to give an amazing shout out to. Sorcha and Daantje were just very fun and full of information about events happening in Dublin. With the hotel being so central, we were able to walk to everything that we wanted to see! If traveling to Dublin, I would recommend this hotel!"

"This place has paper thin walls. I could hear everything in the rooms next to us and in the hall. The location was good and the staff was friendly. The room was so small and our comforter had stains on it. The room also had no windows (could be my fault when booking and didn’t notice this detail) but the problem was there was no ventilation. When we took a shower the room turned into a sauna and sort of stayed that way. The AC couldn’t really be changed so it didn’t help the situation. "
