"Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast buffet and dinner buffet. Very nice and comfortable room (though the caulking in parts of the bathroom could be redone—slightly moldy). Excellent location in the heart of the forest recreation area. I would recommend, and would stay here again. "

"Typhoon Fung Wong was coming so Alishan was closed and we couldn't check-in to our Alishan hotel. It was late, dark but no wind and fairly calm, nearby hotels and BnB coming down Alishan were all fully booked (because of the park closure), luckily, found this Green Hotel in Chiayi and were able to book 3 rooms. Rooms were spacious, clean with a good layout separating toilet and shower area.
