We stayed here for two days and it was really great! It was located in a great area and close to the park, the bean, and the art museum. It was well managed and secure. You need your key to navigate through the hotel.

Everything was great!! The staff was super nice, very clean, the rooms were big so it was nice for a girls trip, everybody has room to get ready. My only comment is to not expect a full continental breakfast, there aren’t any eggs or things like that, it’s just waffles, toast, oatmeal and cereal. They did have complementary drinks at happy hour such is nice. I do really recommend it!!

Kinzie Hotel was okay overall. The location is definitely the best part—it’s convenient and within walking distance of many Chicago attractions. If you’re looking for a well-located hotel at a reasonable value, it’s a solid option, but I think there’s room for improvement to make the experience more memorable.

Large comfortable room, very light. Comfortable bed, decent shower. Good location. Breakfast pretty poor and evening reception mediocre and not exactly complimentary when there's an extra charge per day to cover this!!! Was told there was a microwave for general use but this turned out to be in a locked room so not really convenient. All staff pleasant and helpful. Seems overpriced and probably wouldn't stay again.
