While the hotel was nice, it’s not an “Exceptional” hotel. It’s a totally average hotel with a decent location.
We booked a suite so our room had a fridge, stove, and kitchen area, along with a small sitting area.
We were able to check in an hour early, which was helpful and the desk attendant was nice.
The rooms are a tad dated and could stand a renovation.
The cushions to the couch, were actually from another couch all together, the fabric being two different colors and textures and very uncomfortable.
This detail, doesn’t make the hotel exceptional. An exceptional hotel has a comfortable couch with matching cushions.
The hotel was clean and all the employees were nice, making sure to always greeting us. But the room needed some TLC.
Parking was $78 a night, but I feel like that’s average in Chicago.
Breakfast was decent and included.
Would I stay here again? No, probably not.
It’s a solid 3 star hotel.
