"We had a wonderful stay at L7 Chicago. From the moment we arrived, Antonio greeted us and was absolutely amazing—friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. He truly set the tone for a great stay and made us feel welcome from the minute we walked in. The hotel was beautiful, comfortable, and in a great location, and the service throughout our stay was excellent. Antonio especially deserves recognition for going above and beyond. We would absolutely stay at L7 again and highly recommend it!"

"It was a good stay! Good for the price, nice location across from the park/riverfront, obviously the hotel is older and so it’s not going to be on the same level of luxury etc. as a newer hotel but it’s still a nice building and helpful staff. The only thing I didn’t like or made me uncomfortable was the walk CTA line a.k.a. subway… Was a little shady for the couple blocks. I think there is just an abandoned storefront, etc. Even though the location is very convenient for the blue line buses… I frequently travel solo and that walk would have made me uncomfortable after the concert I went to in town, since I did have to take the CTA line. Like I mentioned, though the bus stop is right in front of the hotel, so if you plan on taking the buses, it is a great location"

"Everything about this hotel is great. The staff, the property, the bars, the restaurants, the location. All except for one thing... no self park coupled with a $92 valet parking fee."

"The property is clean and well maintained. We paid extra for the lake view and it’s worth it. Will appreciate if the hotel can provide coffee and hot tea in the lobby during the day (they’re available only before 10am)."
