Beautiful historic hotel in a prime location on the lakefront and near a zillion tourist attractions. The hotel is very well maintained and the staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. I don’t often write reviews but I travel frequently and this hotel really stood out.

Best Western Grant Park Hotel
I have stayed there couple of times. But this time we were assigned to a very small and dark room. It was not properly cleaned. The drainage in the bathroom was very bad. It got clogged.
