"Clean, spacious rooms, well-designed. Bathroom and shower also large. Price of room very good value relative to others in area. Hotel conveniently located and accessible for visitors to Chattanooga. Staff quite helpful, especially night front desk attendant Andy who helped us retrieve an item left behind by a family member staying in another room. Kudos to Andy for his timely and most appreciated assistance!"

"We love to stay here when in town. It is our favorite hotel!!! Our only complaint this time is one of the bedrooms and bathroom had a horrible soured smell. I suppose I could have complained and gotten some sort of resolution. But the do supply some cleaning supplies so I mopped and sprayed perfume in the rooms and called it a day. That is literally the only complaint I have ever had about this lovely place!!!!"

"Did have a strange smell, but some spray from the front desk and the smell was gone. Excellent full breakfast. Amazing selection and everything was hot. Loved the link sausage! Room and bathroom were spotless. Staff was very helpful. Easy peasy plentiful parking. Love pre-check in and online check out! Will definitely stay again."

"Excellent location, great pool, safe, and comfortable. I had previously visited this property in 1986. So I knew I had to stay here again for a concert taking place in the same neighborhood. We opted for one of the train cars and were comfortable during our stay. The bathrooms were very nicely updated, clean and well appointed. However, the drapes and other finishes might’ve been from my previous stay in the 80’s. The A/C was struggling to keep the temp at 80 in July until sunset. Even with the issues I’d recommend staying here at least once."

"Breakfast was poor. Previously I visited this location and there was more food varieties. No yogurt, no fruits, no waffle. One type of bagels were not fresh."

"I arrived early and was fully prepared to pay for early check in. I was informed that the night before they sold out and only had 3 housekeepers to clean room. CORPORATE PLEASE SEND THIS LOCATION HELP. I can guest why they're short staffed but... Anywho the front desk staff that I encountered was friendly but helping me was out of their hands. When I got my room it was very clean, the bed was super comfy and the room was a decent size. My only complaint was the shower had no shelf. Perhaps because they provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. There's also a refrigerator in the room. Breakfast was available but I didn't get it It's very near to I-75, shipping and restaurants. There's free parking Yes I'd stay again"
