"This hotel was OUTSTANDING!! Staff were super responsive and friendly. Room was spacious and clean. Close to beach and downtown and some even closer pubs and restaurants within 200 yards. Breakfast was full and attended to by 2 wonderful ladies. We will definitely stay here again. "

The staff were great, especially Tim the maintenence man and the front desk staff. It was un-nerving that the ENTIRE floor smelled like weed for the first 3 days we were there. And nothing was done about it. If i smoked a cigarette there we would have been charged incidentles. We did report this but nothing was done. The smell was sickening! "Another amazing stay! Beautiful views and walkable to everywhere you need"

"A map of the hotel would have been helpful. It was like a maze. Our phone didn't work and no info of amneties. Loading and unloading luggage was challenging as there was not ALot of space. Luggage carts were few and far between. Breakfast at the hotel was very good. An ID needed at the bar regardless of age but at pool most people don't think to bring one down."

"My husband had to slam his shoulder into open our door to our room. The manager came over and had to do the same and said he knew about it. The microwave had rust in it. The blinds to the bathroom were broken and people walking outside could s the us in the bathroom. Said offered hair dryer and there was none. Rust in the bathroom and mold in the shower. Very noisy. Beds were very comfortable. "
