"The Acoma House is a unique, quality boutique hotel. I stayed in the Mo Gram Art Suie on the 2nd floor - there are only 3 floors, but no elevator, so just FYI. My room was spacious with a beautifully equipped full kitchen with every thing needed for cooking, eating and drinking. Large, walk in shower in the bath. Thick towels and generous number. "Queen Ann B&B was wonderful from check-in to check -out. Hannah met us with warm friendly welcome, showed us around. She even made us snickerdoodle cookies! The room was very spacious and quiet...cozy. We opted to walk across the park to a wonderful little Italian restaurant. Breakfast in the morning was delicious and plenty.( yogurt, fruit, cranberry bread slab, scrambled eggs, stuffed pita bread, coffee & orange juice). Check out was simple and painless. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We will be back."

"The negative was there was no television set in the room. This was the first hotel I've ever been to with no t.v. T.V.s are so inexpensive now, that it shouldn't be a problem to add those. The other negative was the plumbing in the shower. If you tried to cool down the temperature it went completely cold so we had to quickly shower in way to hot water. The positive was the super comfy bed and access to the lounge and pizza restaurant next door. It was also quick to the 16th street bus system...

"We just loved this cute hotel. It is built in an old school and the vibe it gives off is spacious and fun. The details of the decorations all tie in with an old school feel. The restaurant/bar had great food and drinks. It is located in a great spot to walk to other things in down town. The area was nice and safe. The employees at the front desk were friendly and knowledgable. We will definitely stay here again."

"The apartment we stayed in @ Kasa Union Station was perfect for us. It was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked, and there was plenty of room for me & my daughter. The location was great and very close/walkable to tons of restaurants, coffee shops, and a Whole Foods for us to stock our kitchen. We even walked back to our apartment from a concert @ Mile High Stadium because a rideshare was too hard to locate after the concert. We would definitely stay here again."

"Clean room and great location, a 5-6 min walk to the convention center. Didn't have breakfast at the hotel, but the Little Owl coffee shop at the ground floor makes excellent coffee! I got the smallest room kind which was nice but very, small---think APA Hotel Tokyo. The room also has that design where the sink is out in the open instead of the bathroom, which I'm not a fan of. Another con is that the mini-fridge is very small and since it's already filled with the minibar items, it's hard to...

"If you Join their BonVoy group membership they waive the parking fee. Also the breakfast is amazing and they have balcony suites for Business and fun! Would recommend to anyone who wants to stay near downtown and awesome food spots"
