"Well-located efficient studio with delightful staff (especially Javier & Maria). Plenty to walk to in the area. The studios are small but there are large & attractive shared use spaces (gym, lounges with plenty of seating and spacious kitchens, meeting rooms, etc). Very clean! Would absolutely stay there again. "

"The entire Number 31 team was excellent and the hotel was beautiful. We stayed for 3 nights (we had to extend our stay by a night and were able to do so easily) and the nights we were there we had the most restful sleep. The breakfasts in the morning were something to look forward to, and the common spaces were beautiful and comfortable. And the staff went above and beyond to make our time in Dublin great. Thank you!"

"Camera nuova e tecnologia ( tutto attivabile con iPad) . Qui finiscono i pregi. Stanza piccola, bagno ridicolo (un box in plastica trasparente con doccia e wc mentre il lavabo in stanza… zero privacy) check in e check out automatico senza personale, e le pulizie previste ogni 3 gg se non chiedevi - sempre mediate iPad- un light cleaning giornaliero… dove “mettevano a posto” senza pulire il lavabo… quattro stelle inesistenti"
