"The room was disgusting in no uncertain terms - cockroaches, bedbugs, and a mattress that matched the decor, literally looked like it’s from the 1970s. Now they did switch us two floors up into a much better room, but not before we endured a night of misery in what appeared to be a horror movie. It’s time to update these disgusting rooms people, disgraceful."
