"I loved our one night here. It was a stop off on the way further south but I wish we could have stayed longer. So peaceful. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay happen, even when we arrived late. We ate our breakfast outside in the courtyard which was idyllic. The food was gorgeous. We shopped in the farm shop afterwards and bought more than we needed as it all looked (and was) so good. A really lovely stay. Wished we could have stayed longer. Really ovely room. ...

"We tried many times to call OYO client services as there was no reception or staff at the hotel to get the door code to get in. I’ve lost more than 1h on the phone. Worst service ever!"

"Clean room with dated decor and dubious electrical installation. Thin walls between rooms meaning you could hear the next room even if they were trying to be quiet. Located on a busy road between Chichester centre (20 mins walk) and Goodwood. Bus stop a few yards away if no car. Okay for a night or two but don't expect anything other than basic accommodation. Price reflects accommodation."

"This is a very nice property close to the downtown in Bath. Although on a hill, we walked to downtown in about 15-20 minutes twice in 2 days. It was quiet, clean and offered a very good breakfast."

"the room was cute, but the walking space around the bed was so small and tight that a bigger person would have had a hard time fitting. we felt that they should have mounted the tv on the wall and gotten rid of some of the furniture to make more room. there wasn’t even enough space to open our suitcases without putting them on the bed one at a time. but otherwise it was charming, great location, and clean!"

"Avoid. Room was small with bathroom way too big. Towels are tiny and bed too small, as is the TV. As for breakfast not much there at all. Forget brewed coffee, for your continental breakfast get your coffee sachet and add the hot water. There is a toaster with bread but make sure you are early to get a croissant. Found an orange but put it back when I found it was mouldy. Plates and cutlery hasn't been cleared from previous guests and they were still there when I left Staff not very...
