"The room was super clean. The only issues we had were the air conditioning, which did not work well. The room was super humid and could not get cold enough and the TV, We did not like that there was no regular TV and the Roku basically did not work because the Wifi signal was very weak, essentially making the TV useless. It would be nice if there were satellite TV or even cable. The housekeeping staff were very kind and helpful, but there was never a human on site except them."

"We really enjoyed our stay. Just two small complaints. Checking in to property was delayed an hour because cleaning schedule was backed up. Also, consider a new showerhead in the bathroom. We hope to return !"

"The motel is next to a very scenic portion of Lake Superior. The location is superlative. We had a river view room. Room was spacious and very clean. The front desk was very helpful and waited till 11pm for the late check-in."

"If you are looking for 50's cabin nastalgia, this is the place to go. Reminded me of the cabins we stayed in during my childhood. Room was clean, however no place to hang clothes. It was fine for a weekend stay."
