"Front desk was very good. Housekeeping was also very good. Breakfast was better than I expected, except for not having any milk on Tuesday and Wednesday; and on Thursday there was a gallon of milk sitting on the counter (not on ice) and was 3 days past the 'buy date'. The fitness room had 2 sets of dumbbells, of 8 & 10 pounds, along with a few machines. Needs heavier dumbbells."

"Check in was easy and painless, halls, elevator and rooms were clean everything worked in the room itself. relatively quiet didn't use the pool there were other people there. overall a good experience."

"A good spot if you have business near the East Metro. Truly a sleep and rest type of place. Room was quiet and clean but the sinks and bathroom tubs drained relatively slowly, (my only qualm). I asked for a room on the 2nd floor and they obliged kindly at room 225. I received all the extra soaps I needed as well. I read reviews of people complaining the front desk is not visible unless the bell is rung. I did see that happening but I do not see the problem with that because I rang the bell twice and both times staff came out timely and friendly and helpful. Painting in the hallways could use some work. The night time was one of the quietest I've heard and I've been in hotels all over the USA and all around Asia and SE Asia. McDonalds next door was key to a tired travelers hungry stomach as well as the the buffets frugal breakfast offerings Seeing as I booked the day of and only paid 80 dollars flat, I have no reason not to be satisfied."

"I wqs there for 9 days. Staff was great! Room was clean. Breakfast was fresh and well maintained every morning. The Hot tub was out of service the whole week, but they were working on it. I wouldn't use anyway so that part didn't matter to me. Across the parking lot was a very good home cooked food cafe and bakery. I would definetly stay ther again."

"We stayed in the King balcony Riverview room. The view on the river and lift bridge were excellent. We were on the 2 floor, and got to meet some of the other guests with balconies also; great shade in the afternoon/evening; a partial wall provides some privacy. Soundproofing only seemed to be an issue with the door into the hall. You could hear quite a bit, but not the neighbors next door. Front desk staff were so helpful and friendly. Charlie's had a unique entrance from the hotel. When on the balcony, there was definitely some interesting people watching especially during night life. Overall, it was the perfect trip. Only downside was that the freaky painted parking lot spaces were only big enough for a car without room to get in and out. Many people made their own lines."
