"Easy to book. Communication excellent prior to check in. Great location. Quiet. Floors, fridge, island draws and toilet were dirty. There isn’t lock on back door which is the sunroom door. Sunroom is advertised as bedroom. Guests go through sunroom to get outside. The sunroom doesn’t have a closet, but it worked for us. Towels were damp and folded on the beds. Linen closet jammed packed with hangers and towels falling out when the door opened. Minor detail- suggest removing the modern...

"Unfortunately this stay was very disappointing, especially for the price we paid during graduation weekend. The area did not feel safe, and the overall atmosphere around the hotel made us uncomfortable. There appeared to be long-term or low-income housing units in the building, with a lot of people and dogs coming and going, unusual smells throughout, and very limited amenities.
Although the parking lot was close to the hotel, there were vehicles that appeared to be occupied overnight, which made us uneasy about leaving our truck there. We ended up leaving early the next morning after being awakened by police and ambulance activity when a truck crashed into the Burger King across the street. Overall, this stay did not meet our expectations, especially considering the high cost of the room."
"Staff were very helpful, very dog friendly (they even offered a dog bed), the room was pleasant, beds comfortable, and thermostat easy to use, which is not always the case in hotels. One staff member went above and beyond to help me connect to wifi with my Hilton Honors number. Room itself was clean, though needing minor repair (the sink stopper was broken); the elevator carpet was very dirty. Parking was a bit tight at times, probably because it was a graduation weekend. Breakfast selection was fine for a cold breakfast, though I would have appreciated more low-sugar sugar options (e.g. unsweetened yogurt, muesli) and a wider tea selection. Overall, though, happy with this stay."
"Wonderful stay in one of the suites.
Couple traveling with 3 boys arrived to a courtesy happy hour with drinks and snacks.
Included breakfast was very nice."
"The room was great! Very clean with nice bathroom and kitchen. Spacious room with comfortable bed. I'll definitely stay at Vermont Suites when I'm in the area again. Thank you!"
