"Great location. Recently remodelled and not ready for guests. Excellent staff at front desk (no English spoken), excellent housekeeping. Very Poor management. No manager to be found. Many things not working: no television, minimum kitchen in suites. No heat whatsoever: Bogota is often cold and heat is needed. Breakfast staff is good but breakfast minimal and poor: no cut fruit, no cereal or milk, no yogurt, no butter. NOT a good breakfast as advertised. "

"La comunicación con el hotel pésima (por lo menos a través de Expedía). El número de contacto que Expedía pone a nuestra disposición no sirve y la comunicación por chat se demora alrededor de 24h. Estuve muy estresado porque en Expedía decía que el check-in era máximo hasta media noche y yo llegaba con muchas maletas y niñas pequeñas hacia la 1 am pero fue imposible recibir respuesta a tiempo sobre si si me iban a recibir o no. Finalmente, no había problema si llegaba después de media noche. Aparte de eso, el otro punto negativo es que la neverita de la habitación no funcionaba y por más que se los mencioné hacia el medio día, explicándoles que necesitaba la nevera para mantener unos medicamentos en frío, al llegar a las 11pm de regreso al hotel, no habían hecho ninguna corrección. Aparte de eso, todo fue perfecto y siempre muy dispuestos a ayudar."
