The same person was at the front desk and tried to explain the issue with the A/C. It did not work. We still couldn't figure it out when we got to the room. The hallway had a bad odor. "The room was clean, but we had an issue with the toilet fixture. It had a loud ringing noise from time to time. Possibly it was a pressure valve noise. I reported it when we checked out."

"Room and bathroom were clean, bed was not that comfortable. It was too firm for my liking. Door key cards were a pain, I had issues every time I tried to use and had to have reset twice during a two night stay. Breakfast was what you would expect. Parking was easy."
