"Amazing artistic surroundings, the public spaces are decorated beautifully, it was lovely to spend time enjoying them. The massage was superb too as well as the daily Japanese breakfasts. Everything in the room was high-quality and thoughtfully selected, with a great sense of style that made the space feel very comfortable. The staff spoke excellent English and provided warm, polite service. The nearby Tama no Yu onsen was amazing and truly one of the highlights of the stay."
