"An amazing trip, Chongqing is truly a magical city. The biggest surprise of this trip was this hotel. They provided meticulous service and exquisite breakfast, which made me feel very warm. The hotel's bedding was also very clean and comfortable, and the design style of the room was very beautiful, reminding me of my time studying in Italy. "Beautiful place on the south side of the bridge in a very pretty old part of the city. Traditional style low level buildings with tiled roofs spill down a hillside from the main road. Lots of steep stone steps but a welcome escape from downtown Chongqing. Our room had a huge comfortable bed, good pillows, great linens. "This review falls into two sections. Initial impressions Room facilities Upon arrival at 0100 we had difficulty entering the complex and had to wait 25 minutes for the representative to arrive. This complex consisted of two high rise towers and appeared very dated. Once inside the walk to my apartment was dirty, dark and there was a musty smell.
