"Staff was very nice and the aesthetics were quite pleasing. In terms of functionality, our toilet didn’t flush half the time, the drains were clogged, and we didn’t have hot water for our entire stay, and had to use another room to shower. The phone didn’t work, and the mini fridge was very loud in the middle of the night. Also, the lights by the pool were not installed, leaving exposed wires inches away from the pool and we found many screws just laying on the ground around the pool which we almost stepped on many times, we picked them up ourselves to avoid injuries to us or other guests. Again very beautiful, if they upgraded their amenities this would be a wonderful place and it is an excellent location with a wonderful breakfast buffet. Only wish the amenities were more modern and better maintained."
